A new AI tool can be exciting, but a tool does not know which part of your business is actually slow. Before choosing one, ask what repeated job you want to improve.
First: what happens today? Walk through the current process from start to finish. Identify where the delay, duplicated effort or confusion appears. A vague wish to “use AI” is difficult to test; a clear task is easier.
Second: who will own the result? Someone needs to check the output, correct mistakes and decide when a person should take over. This matters most when customers will see the answer.
Third: how will you know it worked? Choose a small measure such as time saved, response speed or fewer missed enquiries. Try one workflow for a few weeks before widening it.
Good AI adoption feels less like buying a magic box and more like improving a process your team already understands.
